Do I have to give up the foods I love to lose weight with the Pocket Performance Coach?

Will I need to count calories and macros?
Absolutely not! You don’t need to “reinvent the wheel” with the Pocket Performance Coach. We’ve spent a lot of time and manpower researching what we really need to fuel our bodies properly. We create perfectly balanced meal plans for you each week to ensure you are getting all of the necessary components of a nutritious diet, so you can leave all of that counting calories and worrying in the past!
Do I need Supplements to use the Pocket Performance Coach?
You do NOT need supplements in order to see results with the Pocket Performance Coach. Our app is FULL of workouts (home or gym) and the community is loaded with meal plans, out to eat options, and sooo much more! Health supplements can be a great addition to your journey but you can use The Pocket Performance Coach on its own!

Welcome to the squad!! We’re so happy to have you on this journey with us and can’t wait to see you crush your fitness, health, and weight loss goals! You can log in from your Welcome Email. We want to make sure you get the most out of our lifestyle app, so make sure you take the time to review the START HERE tab under training plans and the overview video you get with your Welcome Email! Where can I find the app for this program?
The MAN UP Pocket Performance Coach is a web-enabled app that is not available in Google Play or Apple Store. When you join the program, you will get an invitation link to download the app on any of your devices! If you happen to lose your link, just send a quick email to our support team and we will give you a new one!
Can I do the Pocket Performance Coach if I have food allergies?
We know everyone is different and may have different nutritional needs. That’s why we made sure all of the ingredients in our recipes can EASILY be substituted! You can easily modify any meal around allergies or taste preference. Have some fun and make as many variations of the recipes as you can think of!
How long do I have to use the Pocket Performance Coach to lose weight?
You can use the MAN UP Pocket Performance Coach App as little or as long as you want! We do suggest trying it for at least 30 days because there are SO many tools and amazing features available and we want you to experience all of them! However, in just 7 Days you will be able to see results and experience the value provided by the MAN UP lifestyle and fitness app to know this is the tool for you!
Do I have to have a gym membership to use the trainer?
One of the AMAZING options of the Pocket Performance Coach is the extensive options for your workouts for both in-gym AND at home!!! That means you will have the PERFECT work out ready to go for you no matter where you are.
How often do the meals & workouts update?
The MAN UP Pocket Performance Coach features lots of meal plans and workout plans! We occasionally add new recipes and new workouts as our community grows and we try to accommodate our member's needs. We understand how BORING eating the same thing and doing the same workout can be! So we feature various meal plans and additional recipes for whatever type of meal you are looking for. If you have a request simply post about it in the group and we will do our best to accommodate.
